Order processing

Select the product or products you are interested in and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can find the shopping cart and the products added to it in the upper right corner of our online store, regardless of which page you are on. Once you have added all the desired products to the shopping cart, you can start placing your order by filling in required information for delivery.

Please note that If you have not received any information from us in your mailbox after confirming your order then check whether there is free space in your mailbox to receive new messages or whether your spam filter has mistakenly directed the message sent by us to the spam folder of your mailbox. Also another reason why you may not have received an e-mail from us is that you entered you e-mail address incorrectly when making the order. Custom laptop configurations

Not every user needs the same laptop. That is why we offer configuration options for selected models, allowing the device to be adapted to real usage requirements.

Depending on the specific model, it may be possible to change the RAM, GPU, CPU, SSD, Screen size, OS, Color (please see product pages)

The scope of possible upgrades always depends on the specific laptop design, manufacturer limitations, and whether the device includes free expansion slots. If no free slot is available, it may be necessary to replace an existing component with a larger or otherwise more suitable one.

Our goal is to offer a laptop that matches the user’s actual needs, not just a standard factory configuration. This is especially important when the device is intended for business use, education, creative work, or other more demanding tasks. Customization does not affect the warranty period of 2 years.

The estimated delivery time of available products is around 1 - 1,5 weeks (in Estonia). If you are ordering from EU then please allow extra 3-7 days for delivery.
We do our best to ensure that the ordered products reach our customers within the estimated delivery time. In some special cases, deliveries may be delayed for reasons beyond MT Shop's control. The source of the problem may be our supplier who has indicated the wrong quantity and/or wrong delivery time of the products in their warehouse system, as well as a logistics company who, for various reasons, has caused delays in the supply chain, either themselves or due to a third party. We update our product database several times a day to keep the information on products, product prices and availability up-to-date. We ask you to take such possible situations into account and apologize in advance if you should find yourself in such a situation with your order. Orders placed and paid for on weekends will be processed on the next working day. The expected delivery time of the product is indicative and depends on many circumstances (including those not dependent on Arvutipoisid.ee), including public holidays in both Estonia and other countries in the supply chain. As a result, there may be delays in handling deliveries and delivering them to the customer due to holidays or shorter working days and/or increased workloads in both delivery warehouses and logistics companies.
